In-Studio Recording Classes

The Audio Engineering & Music Production Program was established in 2004 as an in-studio audio engineering and music production training experience. Students of all ages are able to learn the fundamentals of recording, as well as the basics of music theory, while developing and producing their own original musical works, as well as working with numerous independent artists, musicians, and bands in the Philadelphia-tri states area.

LDB10.COM's program is an in-depth educational experience that teaches students the fundamentals of recording. From the history of the craft to the various skills, techniques and tools necessary to achieve professional quality recordings, the Audio Engineering curriculum provides comprehensive training to fully equip students for solid careers and/or personal fulfillment.  Class activities include effective use of Compressors, Equalizers, Software Mixers, Editing and more.  Students are able to explore the field of audio engineering while working on their own projects, as well as working with other artists, musicians, and bands.

The Music Production curriculum teaches the fundamentals of music production and composition. From original music composition to sample-based works, students will have the opportunity to learn numerous software tools, as well as traditional music theory, to craft music in various styles and genres. Best of all, they will focus the majority of their attention on the types of music that they are most interested in. Topics include Reason 5.0, keyboard theory, rhythm basics, using sequencers, sampling, and more.
